Track your order

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after shipping.

 

To see where your package is, paste your tracking number into any carrier tracking site, for example 17track.net. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show scans after the first email.

 

If your tracking has not updated in 5 days or your package has not arrived after 15 business days, contact us from the Contact page with your order number and we will look into it.
